Hi! Thanks for checking out Bird's Nest Bakery! 

My passion for baking and creating all things sweet began when I was seven years old. Together my grandparents and I created "Amanda's Annual Bake Sale." For the bake sales, I would a create a themed menu, plan the prices and shopping lists, then send the order form out to my family and friends. After that, we had a busy few days of production!

After the first bake sale in 2011, we continued them each summer for seven summers. It was because of these wonderful experiences that I decided I wanted to pursue a career in baking. 

I graduated from Paul Smith's College in May 2023 with an Associates degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and a minor in entrepreneurship. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship online. 

 And here I am today- ready to make baked goods for every occasion! Thank you for your support!
